Thriving Congregations provides tools for USCJ professionals to use when engaging with congregations, assessing their needs and finding ways to support them. The assessment is based on 7 foundational practices areas which are like the branches of a tree. There are 22 attributes, represented by leaves, that shape a thriving congregation.
“I love how the logo captures the image of the foundational tree and the flourishing leaves. Looks like thriving!” says Robert Leventhal, Leadership Specialist at USCJ.
